PricingLens is operated by Universal Global Services (UK corporate entity, EU/UK VAT via Ireland OSS). Universal Global Services Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company No. 17423506, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Because PricingLens is a digital service, EU consumer law provides a right of withdrawal for 14 days from purchase. If you did not meaningfully use the paid features during that period, we will refund the paid amount in full.

2. Pro-rata refunds

After the 14-day period, you may request a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your current billing period if we materially fail to provide the purchased functionality and cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time.

3. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from your registered email address with the reason for your request. We respond within five business days and process approved refunds through the original payment method, typically within ten business days.

4. Chargebacks

Unjustified chargebacks may lead to account suspension. If a payment error occurred, contact us first and we will resolve it quickly.
